Hi, I’m Gráinne — a Registered Nutritionist working across sport, health, education and the workplace.
AFN Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) · MSc Food, Nutrition & Health · 10+ years working with Clare GAA, schools and corporate clients across Ireland.
My focus is practical, performance-led nutrition that supports energy, focus and long-term health. I believe effective nutrition starts with understanding — so rather than handing people a plan and hoping it sticks, I help them understand why certain strategies matter and how to apply them in real, busy lives.
