Choco-Cherry Smoothie
Ideal for Breakfast, Post Recovery Snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1 small to medium banana
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp. Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 2 pitta dates
- Dash of Sea Salt (promise it only brings out the flavour!)
- 1 oz. (2 tablespoons) Tart Cherry Juice
Method
- Place all ingredients in the blender
- Blitz and enjoy!
