Choco-Cherry Smoothie

Ideal for Breakfast, Post Recovery Snack



  • 1 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1 small to medium banana
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2 pitta dates
  • Dash of Sea Salt (promise it only brings out the flavour!)
  • 1 oz. (2 tablespoons) Tart Cherry Juice



  1. Place all ingredients in the blender
  2. Blitz and enjoy!
